This is an example of the Western Reserve Seminary penmanship. The Western Reserve Seminary was a Methodist Institute that was well known in Ohio. Do a search for Western Reserve Seminary and you will find MANY notable people who attended this college. It once stood proud where the ballpark now is on the corner of Third St. and College St. The Seminary burned in 1906 from a painter's torch.		Close Window
