Congratualtions
Thank you for creating such a wonderful website. I contacted Mr. John Elwell several years ago, hoping to find some history because I didn't know anyone else who would have information, and it seemed terrible to let the historical record vanish. Unfortunately, I didn't learn anything from him though.

Hillside Cemetery West Farmington
I am the cemetery sexton for the Farmington cemeteries and have been in the process of mapping documenting and photographing all the graves. If I can be of any help for information searches in reference to the cemetery, please email me. OLD records seem to not exist . . . at all, prior to about the 1940's, are limited prior to the 1970's and often not reliable to the near- present. SO, if anyone would have any information(such as plot designations or old cemetery deeds), it might aid in the re-mapping of the older sectionsof the Hillside site. Thankyou John N. Francis

Re: Hillside Cemetary
I apologize that I have not been able to attend to the site. I have been laid off since September and have been a little preoccupied in trying to find a job. I hope to return to updating this site soon. I will keep my eyes and ears open for any information that I can obtain for you John. Darrin
